However, we also understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to notifications. The Liva app allows you to customise which types of notifications you receive so that you only get the alerts that matter most to you.
How to Customise Your Notifications
You can easily manage your notification settings within the Liva app by following these steps:
- Open the Liva app on your device.
- Go to your Profile page.
- Select ‘Settings’.
- Scroll down and select ‘Push Notifications’.
- Toggle the desired notification categories on or off according to your preferences.
- Your settings will save automatically.
Enabling Notifications on Your Device
In order to receive any notifications at all, you need to ensure that notification permissions are enabled for the Liva app on your device. Here’s how to check and enable these settings:
For iOS
- Open Settings on your device.
- Scroll down and select Liva from the list of apps.
- Tap Notifications.
- Ensure that ‘Allow Notifications’ is turned on.
- You can customise how notifications appear by selecting alert styles such as banners, sounds, and badges.
For Android
- Open Settings on your device.
- Tap Apps & notifications (this may appear as Apps or Manage Apps, depending on your device).
- Scroll down and select Liva.
- Tap Notifications.
- Ensure that notifications are enabled and customise your preferences for sound, pop-ups, and lock screen visibility.
