Before being able to book an appointment with a health coach, you will need to complete any outstanding tasks in your task list. This can be found on the 'Today' page in the Liva app. Typically tasks include completing any Initial Assessment, setting goals, and may include entering your starting metrics such as height and weight.
Once you have completed all tasks, refresh the Liva app and select the "Book your first 1:1 live video session" banner at the top of the screen, or via the calendar pop-up that appears when you log in to the app.
If the calendar does not show any availability, please send a message to your health coach who will be able to arrange an appointment with you directly. To message your health coach:
- Click the "Messages" tab at the bottom of the Liva app
- Select your health coach's name
- You will now see the message box to write to your health coach
Please note: If you have not attended two previous appointments without prior notice, you may be unable to reschedule an appointment. Last minute cancellations are also considered as non-attendance. Two occasions of non-attendance will result in discharge from the programme.
